Residencia de Salvacion

This is our residential house in Brgy. Salvacion, Caramoan, (about 7min by trike from guijalo port) located on the left side of the main road halfway from Guijalo Port to Centro and about 18 min passing Centro to Bikal port, the jump off point for island hopping.
We have been catering package tours to our friends and their friends since year 2000. Most of our guests were referred to us by our guests and returning guests.
Ideally, the house can accommodate a group of 21 adults.

Lately, due to popular requests, we are now offering our house to budget travelers at very reasonable prices.

We offer the following:
1. Bed & Breakfast per person only for transient guests(walk-ins)
2. Package tours on sharing room basis (free transportation, eat-all-you-can food and snacks)

Our aim is to provide the best of Caramoan hospitality and hope to serve our guests better on their return. We do our best to make our tour packages the best value in town.

RdS rates are not the cheapest. RdS can not give you the luxuries of the best accommodation but her staff can give you the familial Caramoanon hospitality and the best of your money's worth. When you leave Caramoan, you take with you the memories of your Caramoan visit and a feeling that you were not taken advantage of.

For budget travelers/DIYs, you can drop by at RdS on your way to Centro from Guijalo(about 7min), reserve the room if available (get the contact no of our caretaker), check the accommodations at centro or paniman then call/text the caretaker as soon as you decide to stay at RdS. Your room reservation is valid only for 2 hours.
You can have your food at ANACLETO'S Grill & Restobar(formerly SEAPORCH resto bar) located at Centro. Packed lunch/dinner advanced orders are also accepted at Anacleto's Grill & Restobar. Call/text Joy #0920-739-9789.

NOTES:
1. We do not accept transit guests if we have guests on a Package Tour[group of 15 pax and up.
2. Transit guests can just walk in and are accepted on "first come first served" basis only. If we have guests on tour package of less than 15 pax, limited guests will be accepted depending on rooms availability.
3. Confirmation of a Tour Package is based on "first deposit first confirmed" basis.
4. RdS facilities are "BASIC" you will find in an average Philippine residential house.
5. RdS is NOT a RESORT or a HOTEL and is NOT at the BEACH FRONT
6. RdS is not a rated lodging(NO STAR). If you want value, come to us. If you want LUXURY, RdS is not the place you are looking for.
7. Occasionally, Caramoan experiences power failure. Our generator set can only provide power for lights & electric fan.
8. Occasionally, water system in Caramoan is down for periodic maintenance & long power outage. We provide water in plastic pail in each CR to cover all water needs of our guests.
9. Since this our residential house, occasionally guests will be sharing the house with us and our family guests.
